In a significant announcement shared on his Truth Social platform, President Donald Trump revealed that he is deploying both the National Guard and the Department of Homeland Security to confront the pro-illegal alien rioters who have taken control of parts of Los Angeles.
In his statement, the president indicated that he was granting the agents and troopers the necessary authority to “liberate” the city from the illegal aliens currently occupying it. He also mentioned that the heads of the relevant departments and agencies, including Hegseth and Bondi, have been instructed to take decisive action against the rioters in every possible manner.
For context, the once-beautiful city of Los Angeles has been plagued by riots ever since Immigration and Customs Enforcement initiated sweeps aimed at apprehending and deporting illegal aliens. During these operations, ICE personnel faced violent opposition from rioters, with some agents even trapped in an office in the city, besieged by rioters throwing fireworks and rocks.
In his post, the president remarked that Los Angeles was once one of America’s premier cities but has now been overrun by ne’er-do-wells, specifically criminal elements and illegal aliens. He stated, “A once great American City, Los Angeles, has been invaded and occupied by Illegal Aliens and Criminals.”
Furthermore, the president emphasized that violent, aggressive mobs are targeting federal agents, an act that is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. He asserted, “Now violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our Federal Agents to try and stop our deportation operations — But these lawless riots only strengthen our resolve.”]} “`
Building on that, he clarified that it is not solely his statements urging the National Guard and DHS to take action, but he has instructed the appropriate department leaders to take any necessary measures to “liberate Los Angeles.” He stated, “I am directing Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and Attorney General Pam Bondi, in collaboration with all other pertinent Departments and Agencies, to undertake all actions required to liberate Los Angeles from the Migrant Invasion, and to put an end to these Migrant riots.”
In conclusion, President Trump pledged that the National Guard and DHS will do whatever is necessary to free LA from its oppressive criminal occupation. He remarked, “Order will be restored, the Illegals will be expelled, and Los Angeles will be liberated. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

In a separate post regarding this year’s LA riots, President Trump remarked, “Excellent work by the National Guard in Los Angeles following two days of violence, confrontations, and unrest. We have an ineffective Governor (Newscum) and Mayor (Bass) who, as is typical (just observe their management of the fires, and now their EXTREMELY SLOW PERMITTING catastrophe. Federal permitting is finalized!), were unable to manage the situation effectively.”
He further stated, “These Radical Left demonstrations, driven by instigators and frequently compensated troublemakers, will NOT BE TOLERATED. Furthermore, moving forward, MASKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED at protests. What are these individuals attempting to conceal, and why??? Once again, I extend my gratitude to the National Guard for a job well executed!
