It is increasingly difficult to find a movement that is not deeply toxic, exploitative, or misogynistic.

The harsh realities of capitalism are becoming evident, as the pressure mounts. Achieving both physical fitness and emotional sensitivity is crucial.

While it is imperative to safeguard women, it is equally important to acknowledge that they do not require your protection. If you harbor fears about the possibility of fatherhood, it is essential to confront those feelings, yet it is also vital to seek meaningful connections. You may believe that we harbor disdain for you.

As you strive to be a respectable individual and progress in your life, encountering statements like “men are trash” can be disheartening. As a young woman who has navigated the challenges of education and the professional world, and who has witnessed young men facing similar obstacles, I offer you this counsel.
