Trey Newman, Head’s agent, shared information about the incident, stating that the singer was shot on his Texas ranch. Newman acknowledged that Head received assistance prior to being airlifted to a nearby hospital,
but he refrained from disclosing too many specifics about the incident. The singer was shot in the stomach, according to his wife, Misty. She urged followers to unite in prayer for her husband’s quick recovery.
